He has a PhD in Natural Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Cofounder, Vice president and Director of Northern Orion Explorations Ltd. (1994) and President in Argentina from all its subsidiaries, Recursos Americanos Argentinos SA, Minera San Jorge SA y Agua Rica SA until 2003 y hasta la actualidad de Grupo Minero Aconcagua SA. Main projects developed: Agua Rica (now Yamana Gold) and San Jorge (now Aterra Group), among others. Entre 2011 y mayo 2016 Director de Samco Gold Ltd., cuyo principal Proyecto fue El Dorado-Monserrat. He continues to develop different strategies for mining and energy business in Argentina.

Estanislao Auriemma
CEO & Director

Technical Degree in International Trade, graduated from the Universidad de Belgrano. He joined a Grupo Minero Aconcagua SA in 1996 to participate in several positions within the group. He participated in negotiations with several companies in the mining and energy field, including Northern Orion Explorations Ltd, La Mancha Resources, IMPSA, YPF, among others. He has participated in the promotion of major mining projects such as Hualilan (gold), Agua Rica (copper), and San Jorge (copper). He has also promoted important projects in the area of renewable energies like Copahue (geothermal), Despoblados (geothermal) and Tuzgle / Tocomar (geothermal) between 2009/2010. Between 2011 and 2015 he assumed the Presidency of Samco Gold SA and Director of Samco Gold Ltd., representing the interests of the company in the search of new businesses. Within that same period he served temporarily as President of the Mining Chamber of Santa Cruz and representation of the company before the Argentine Chamber of Mining Businessmen.

Carlos Espinosa, MBA
CFO

Carlos Espinosa, is a mining executive with 25 years of experience within Canadian capital markets, international business development and commercial banking. He is Chief Financial Officer at Fredonia Management, as well as President and Director of the Board at Monarca Minerals. He is former Head of Business Development, Global Mining at the TSX and TSXV. Mr. Espinosa earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from UNAM - “Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico”. He is fully bilingual English and Spanish.

Jorge Valvano, B.S.Geo
SVP of Exploration

Jorge was received at the University of Buenos Aires, acquiring an experience of more than 30 years in the mining activity. He actively participated in Anglo American exploration programs in Argentina, developing his management as Chief Geologist and Manager at the Cerro Vanguardia mine. Later he was General Manager of Minera Aquiline Argentina S.A. a subsidiary of Aquiline Resources Inc. and an independent consultant for Intrepid Minerals Corporation for projects in Patagonia Argentina and Uruguay Minerals Exploration in Uruguay. He was Technical Advisor to the Board of Directors of Fomicruz S. E. and since 2007 he served as Vice President of Fomicruz S.E., Director of Cerro Vanguardia and Director of Patagonia Gold SA; currently on Member of the Board of Fomicruz SE.

Waldo Perez, PhD.
Director

Dr. Perez has 28 years of academic and industry experience in mineral exploration in South America. Founder and technical leader of the Cauchari project acquired through Lithium Americas Corp., and its President and CEO from inception until the end of the technical work resulting in a definitive feasibility study with strong economics. Previously he served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Latin American Minerals Corp and Senior Geologist for Barrick Gold, IAMGOLD, Opawica Explorations and APEX Geosciences.

Marc Sale
QP

Thirty years of experience in the (gold), precious / base metal exploration and development industry, with ‘hands-on’ knowledge of exploration, Management as well as Corporate responsibilities, reporting, budgeting and Fundraising. Significant experience outside the UK including Argentina, Australia, Chile, Central America, Canada, New Zealand, Africa and Europe. Through his career he has lead, managed and Directed companies’ exploration and development teams in a number of English and non English speaking countries.

Ignacio Celorrio
Senior Counsel

Ignacio Celorrio is the Partner-in-charge of the Natural Resources Group at Quevedo Law Firm and the Vice-President of AusCham (Argentine-Australia Chamber of Commerce and Industry). He has been a Director at CAEM (Camara de Empresarios Mineros -Argentine Chamber of Mining Entrepreneurs) and President of the Argentinean Uranium Mining Chamber (CADEU). He has served in the Board of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. (XG.TO) previously to its acquisition by Yamana Gold and is currently a board member and legal representative of several mining companies in Argentina with focus in base metals and lithium. He is member of Fundamin (Fundación para el Desarrollo de la Minería -Foundation for the Development of Mining.), GEMERA (Exploration Mining Companies Association), Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, International Bar Association and the Petroleum Club of Buenos Aires. He has lectured and authored articles numerous times locally and internationally about mining affairs in Argentina, as well as recognized in several ranking related to practicing mining lawyers in Argentina.

Constantine Karayannopoulos
Director

He is Chairman of the Molycorp Board of Directors. Director of the Canada China Business Council and is a member of the Advisory Board at the University of Toronto’s Department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry. A professional engineer, he holds Bachelor and Master of Applied Science degrees. Previously he served as President and CEO of Molycorp and President and CEO of Neo Material Technologies. He was Director of Lithium Americas Corp. from 2011 to 2015.

Ali Mahdavi
Director

Founder and Managing Director of Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc., a Toronto based capital markets advisory firm with a 15 year track record in charting long term success for private and public companies in a variety of sectors specializing in finding growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Prior to Spinnaker, Mr. Mahdavi was the Director of Corporate Finance at Minacs Worldwide where he was in charge of the Company’s activities in the capital markets including mergers and acquisitions, and prior to that, he held senior positions at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and the Bank of Nova Scotia. Mr. Mahdavi attended York University where he studied Economics and Business.

Michael Doolan

Mr. Doolan has extensive experience in serving as a board member and in executive roles for private and public companies across a number of industries. Mr. Doolan most recently retired as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Neo Performance Materials. Prior to that, Mr. Doolan served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Falconbridge Limited of Toronto before its merger with Noranda, Inc. He has over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of financial management, with specific expertise in international mergers and acquisitions, offshore financing structures, and international treasury management.
